Upper East side boutique real estate office is looking for a marketing associate. This is a great opportunity for a bright, ambitious, creative and hard-working individual. The Marketing Associate will report to the company`s CEO.
Specific responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Support the marketing and leasing of the company`s portfolio of residential apartments
Write copy for ads and post on Craigslist and/or our Company`s website. Respond to all inquiries.
Show apartments.
In conjunction with our office manager, interface with third-party brokers.
Shop comparables.
In conjunction with our Operations associate, develop framework for assessing and tracking current market trends.
Regularly report on current trends using framework defined above.
Recommend new marketing and leasing strategies.
Perform general office administrative functions, as directed.
Special projects as directed.
Backup answering telephone
Work collaboratively with other members of the office team.
The ideal candidate will have had prior experience doing marketing for a real estate office.Candidate needs to be highly web savvy, and basic HTML knowledge is a plus. The right professional will be, bright, highly organized, creative, very detail -oriented, and have a great work-ethic. You must have excellent writing, interpersonal and communications skills.We are looking for someone who can "think outside the box". We are looking for someone who has a pulse on the market and a passion for real estate to compliment our professional team. Compensation: $30,000-$40,000-commensurate with experience
